| Wednesday, 17-10-07 17:11 Good Morning We chartered the Haba vessel last Friday afternoon and I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone very much. We had a fabulous afternoon. The conditions were fantastic and even though I realize the crew did not have any control over the weather, they certainly made everything else run beautifully – from the hotel transfer, the lunch, the snorkelling/diving/glass bottom boat, to the return to Port Douglas – we had no complaints. Monique certainly had her finger on every pulse – ensuring our lunch, afternoon tea, nibbles and drinks all appeared with the minimum of fuss. Then she was in the water ready to help our inexperienced team to snorkel and dive – Wonder Woman! The entire crew’s expertise made for a very educational and enjoyable excursion. Many of our team were very nervous, but eager, and the Haba crew certainly allayed their fears and allowed them to have an experience of a lifetime. I, personally, would like to thank Harold for his incredible enthusiasm and patience during my snorkelling expedition – in conjunction with his knowledge of the reef and its inhabitants – it was an amazing experience. I would also like to thank Richard McArthur for strongly recommending Haba Dive as the company which could best meet our requirements and ensure that everyone had a good time. He was certainly right. Once again, thanks to everyone at Haba for a wonderful afternoon – I would highly recommend the experience to other corporate groups. | Wednesday, 17-10-07 17:11 The entire Haba team were very professional, very informative and immediately made us feel at ease. They provided us with a great day on the reef with a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The snorkelling tour and reef talk were very funny and informative and we felt it wasnt just a practised spiel you sometimes get from tour companies. In fact it was the highlight of our OZ trip and underscored our belief that Australian people are outstandingly cheery and great to be around. Well done to a terrific crew of people for putting this amazing experience together. "The Burton's" |

| Wednesday, 17-10-07 17:11 "Chanced" the Haba experience after a disastrous day with Quicksilver(fighting for snorkelling space with 400 other people and not being told that if you helicopter out to the reef first you cannot do the scuba dive as no briefing done unless on the boat on the way out - paid a fortune too!). The "chance" with Haba proved to be fantastic. What a difference! Personal, friendly service, no fighting with crowds when snorkelling or diving on the reef, and a staff (Brooke, Rebecca, Dennis (Dinnis!) and Carl) that went out of their way to make it your day, not just theirs. Will recommend to anyone who asks - keep it up guys, you made our holiday in Nth Qld. From: Howard & Sue Wilson, & Darren Prosser |

| Wednesday, 17-10-07 17:11 Just been browsing the archives and couldn't resist this addendum to our last message. Found comments in October from Kris Sherry saying the Haba trip was a bit expensive! Are they SERIOUS? Try $450 for a helicopter trip out, find out you can't do the dive because the pre-dive briefing is only done on the boat on the way out to the reef, and then fight with 400 in the snorkelling area. To add insult to injury, they charge an additional $5 for a wetsuit to stop you getting stung by the stingers! Suits a good idea and $5 is peanuts, but to get you there and then charge you? Not happy, Jan! These comments are totally unsolicited but, Haba, fantastic day. Howard Wilson |

| Wednesday, 17-10-07 17:11 I just wanted to write a quick email to say thanks to the crew on Haba. We went diving on Tuesday 22nd Mar, we had an absolute ball. Thanks especially to Dennis who was our Instructor, also to Brooke and Bec who were also very helpful and cheerful. We had a wonderful day and hopefully we can come up to Port Douglas again for another holiday and more diving! Adrian and Vicki |
