HABA’s professional and friendly crew looks forward to welcoming you on board and sharing their passion of the Great Barrier Reef with you for a day. Four experienced Instructors, three Divemasters and deck hands make up HABA’s crew, with each member also trained in First Aid and qualified to administer oxygen for resuscitation. Under the careful supervision of our Skippers, the crew on the back deck handle all of the scuba diving and snorkelling activities, providing you with a safe and fun-filled day out on the Reef.
Inside the spacious and air-conditioned saloon, looking after your dietary requirements and comfort, you’ll find Mick, Malin, Marta or Hilary, our multi-skilled Cruise Attendant/Dive Master or Dive Instructor extraordinaire! Not only do they take care of all your food & drink wishes; they are in the water helping snorkellers don their equipment and take that first plunge into the crystal clear waters.
Our international, multi-lingual crew have come together from around the world, joined by a common passion: diving Australia’s famous Great Barrier Reef. Do you need your instructions given in Portugese or Swedish or Japanese even? Not a problem! Our outstanding Australian and international crew bring their vast experience and knowledge of the reef and continues to impress guests on a daily basis. Our resident Marine Biologist is brimming with information and loves to share it, so feel free to ask questions throughout the day. It’s clear these guys have fun together at work, come and join them for a truly unforgettable HABA reef experience!
